I was facing my second DUI with having to do some time. I was extremely worried that this would cost me my career. Having just moved to Atlanta this was not an option. Thankfully I was referred to Mark Yurachek. Not only did Mark allow me to keep my job, but he also changed my life for the better in so many ways. He was able to get me in a program that allowed me the freedom from Jail, and work with me so that I was able to drive and keep my job. If it were not for his hard work and willingness to help who knows where I would be. If you are looking for an attorney that will fight for you and get results Mark Yurachek is you man. We were desperate to find help for my husband, sitting in Georgia Prison with a 20 year sentence. After several post conviction attorney disasters, we were fortunate enough to find Mark. From the first phone call, we knew Mark was different, better, and caring. He listened, then explained what he needed, and told us how long it would take for him to get up to speed on a lost trial, new trial hearing, lost appeal and what the plan was going to be this time. Mark met his commitment dates and communicated exceptionally well. Including with my husband directly in prison several times. After some well thought out strategies, Mark presented his ideas for a plan, and then listened to our response. File Habeas and use that as leverage for a Sentence Modification motion. The plan worked, the sentence was modified, as soon as the Parole Board received the modified sentence, they re-calculated eligibility, my husband was immediately parole eligible and given parole, then an interstate compact was completed and 90 days after the successful sentence modification, I picked up my husband released on parole and headed home to Florida in June of 2018. We went from desperate and depressed, to cautiously optimistic, to wildly ecstatic on that June morning in 2018. Mark was methodical, thorough, and careful in planning, then influential and persuasive with the district attorney in a unique circumstance. Mark was able to communicate the right message for the results that are the beginning of the correction of a travesty of justice. Thank you Mark for the job you did to give us our lives back and restore a future for our family because you saw our side of the case and found the proper application of the law. If your thinking of putting your life in Mark's hands, we highly recommend doing that and hiring Mr. Yurachek. He will tell you the truth about your chances of success and what he can realistically accomplish.

I was wrongfully convicted in 2008 and in 2017 even I hired Mark for post conviction relief. When everyone told me it could not be done, Mark mad it happen and 2018 my conviction was vacated and resolved justly.
