10/10 experience. Iman was absolutely great and professional.

This review is solely regarding the Wayfield Foods Gift Card giveaway in partnership with Majic107.5/97.5 in which the giveaway was posted on Fox 5 Atlanta's website for weeks. It is now the 20th, and I spent over an hour refreshing the site only since the location for the giveaway was "embargoed" until 9am today. Well, it's nearly 11am, and the 1st giveaway starts at 11am. Next, I got a brilliant idea to call 1-800TruckWreck offices to find out what's going on. I was transferred to Mr. Davilla's voicemail (of course). I next contacted the radio station and the receptionist to me to go to their Instagram page for the information. Of course, the Instagram page wasn't working. She put me on hold, then came back to say that all of the cards had been given away. What? The event hasn't even started and all of the cards are gone? She offered that even though there were no cards left, I could still go to the event. Huh? First, still where? and second, why? I honestly didn't know how I would tell my dad that a great sounding giveaway for Thanksgiving turned out to be bogus. I say that because the information could and should have been removed by either or both parties before the event date from Fox 5 Atlanta's website if the giveaway wasn't taking place. You would think that a law firm would be meticulous enough to do that. But no, you cause people to waste their time unnecessarily and for what? All involved should be ashamed of yourselves (probably won't be) and will hopefully, resolve to do things professionally and in an orderly fashion in your future endeavors.

I was really pleased with my experience. So happy to have worked with Iman. She was very informative during the process. She was on top of everything and did a great job understanding my concerns.
