This firm is very careless. They do not listen to your request. Choose a firm that at the very least tries to do what you ask. Attorneys work for the client. The service rendered in my experience was very poor.

If I could give zero stars I would! Very unprofessional! Can’t ever reach the lawyer assigned to your case! I’ve been dealing with this since last May and Mallory has only called me twice! I send numerous emails and leave voicemails but never calls me back!

I had an amazing experience. Attorney McDonald and his paralegal Natalia Hernandez were great! I’ve never been an accident before and answered every question I had. The insurance company offered me $500 in the beginning. Mr. McDonald and his staff ended up getting me paid! I would highly recommend going with Alexander Shunnarah!

Our accident was over a year ago. We haven’t heard anything from our case representative in months with updates on our case. No one has called to check on us and our injuries. I keep reaching out, but I am always placed on hold and the administrator apologizes and says someone will call us back. Still no response. I am completely fed up. Wish my family and I would have choose another law group. Definitely, wouldn’t recommend.
