Excellent service

0/10 one of the worst firms on planet earth. Very predatory and very slow at communicating and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They switched my attorney twice without notice or communication. They lied about settlement offers, they inflate medical bills with the hope you won’t ask for reductions so once settled they can get them reduced and keep more than their 33.3%. Very passive aggressive and non transparent in the intake and investigation process. Once I terminated them they’re now purposefully stalling and Ignoring the adjusters calls and emails. No drop letter or response to termination in an attempt to stall my claim out. All these firms do is collude with the chiropractors and insurance companies, they tell you their fee as a marketing point. To get your business, then they send you to their chiropractor buddies that they’re partners with and inflate your injuries and claims, to “build” your case up. Once built to their liking they try to convince you to settle as if they’ve negotiated their best with the adjusters that they work with frequently. If you settle they get the 33.3 but the medical bill are so high you’re luck as a client if you can walk away with $1,000. Some cases you can be “upside down” meaning if you settle you probably will end up still owing the remainder of those inflated medical bills that they’re going to get reduced once your out of their face and it’s closer to tax time, so they can skim a cut off of that as well. So you’re being victimized twice. Once by the folks that crashed into you and caused problems for your life and secondly by these predatory law firms, That just take advantage of the opportunities to get paid off of your accident like witherite law group did me and I’m sure thousands of others. There need to be an investigation and class action against these firms for this behavior. They all walk away with more than the clients. The law firm get more than your the chiropractors get more than you and you’re supposed to recommend that as great service? Do yourself a favor and find another law firm that’s reputable and trustworthy. Don’t get victimized twice like I did.

I’m editing my review to reflect I did NOT participate in an annual Turkey giveaway. I don’t need anything from Amy Witherite except for the staff and the Law firm to stop over charging it’s customers and taking advantage of families like my son that has already been victimized in a truck accident. You advertise all over the radios and community targeting the low income and vulnerable. And when they utilize your services, you take advantage of them by inflating the medical bills and you take the majority of their settlements. The individuals and families were injured and get victimized a second time when they hire your law firm. That is wrong and malicious. My son and his insurance adjuster has been trying for weeks to get a response from one on your staff attorneys to end your services. And your staff has unprofessionally been ignoring him. I will gladly update my one star review, when your staff responds to his emails and phone calls as he is owed. Do as your motto says you do, care about the people and not just using the people to profit off them and leave them in a worse situation than before they contracted to use your services.
