Oh my goodness!! Look at the end of this review people.. this first part is what I thought in the very beginning.. So very understanding and caring of the staff with kindness and understanding. They are very quick to get back to you with any concerns, and have multiple people (staff) to help gather any needed info and work through the process for you.. would recommend this firm 100% to anyone needing their services. Even though our claim is in progress now, I have every assurance these people will treat you right. Update: After a month, this law firm decided they couldn't take our claim, so back to square one.. they did give us numbers to N.C. law firms, as did the 3 other previous potential lawyers that had 1-800 numbers... Just disappointing.. I just feel they could have denied the claim earlier on. So with that said, instead of 5 stars, I give a one star...
