Disappointing Experience – Lack of Communication and Mishandling of My Case I had high hopes when Witherite Law Group eagerly took on my case involving an 18-wheeler backing into me twice. However, the experience quickly became frustrating and disappointing. Despite being the one who made the call after the incident, I was told that my name and statement weren’t listed on the police report, and they couldn’t proceed unless I was referred to a different lawyer. This was just the beginning of a series of issues that showed a lack of coordination and professionalism. Throughout the case, multiple people were assigned, but many of them left, leading to inconsistency and confusion. At one point, I was called to come into the office, only to find out that I had been mistaken for someone else with the same name. I was offered Starbucks as an apology for wasting my time, but it did little to make up for the disorganization. C. Holloway, in particular, failed to follow through on returning my phone calls, despite making excuses for her delays. I even had an on-call appointment with her, and after waiting, it was clear she wasn’t going to contact me. I had to call her myself, and each time I was given conflicting information about the status of my settlement check. After being told the check was on its way from Dallas to the Atlanta office, it took over a week, and I was left with no communication unless I made the effort. When I finally reached Celeste, it became clear that she wasn’t fully aware of the situation or wasn’t prioritizing it, given the constant runaround I received. Even when I arrived to pick up my check, the receptionist had to call multiple numbers to reach Celeste, as if she wasn’t expecting me. Her handling of the case, from beginning to end, was unprofessional and unhelpful. Adding to the frustration, the firm repeatedly tried to tell me how I should feel about my own experience, which was beyond unprofessional. On top of that, I was harassed with six to eight calls after 5 PM EST, regarding me to take down my review. They told me I was being unfair, but this was my experience, and I have every right to share it. The service I received wasn’t what I expected. Ultimately, I wouldn’t recommend Witherite Law Group to anyone. They don’t seem to fight as hard as they should for their clients and seem to have too many people handling cases, leading to miscommunication, harassment, and poor service. This experience was disappointing, and I will not be using their services again.

I am only giving them one star because zero was not an option. If you want your time wasted with no follow up information regarding your case then hire these folk. I have had the hardest experience just getting basic information and details. I have spoken with numerous paralegals from day one Brandi, Lashun and now Mr. Walker. The Lead Attorney’s name is Ajay. I regret selecting this company. I hope the person who reads this review will be wise enough to find a different attorney to work with. Signed disappointed customer.

All I can say is Amy and her team at 1-800-truck- wreck are like guardian angels. I won a radio contest for summer cash. However, because I am In an extenuating circumstance and was facing an eviction Amy’s team worked closely with the radio team to make sure I received my winnings immediately so that I could make the payment needed to avoid eviction. Thanks to Amy, her team, & the team at KISS 104.1 FM I am No longer facing eviction. Winning the $1,000 summer fast cash contest helped me keep my home and avoid eviction a true God send at the right time. Thank you Thank you Thank you to everyone involved
