It has proven exceedingly difficult to establish contact when needed. I have made persistent attempts to communicate either verbally or through email with our designated lawyer, Christopher. Initially, Blanca was highly communicative, but that changed over time. Following a communication from Luke informing my daughter and me of a settlement amount, we were assured that we would receive release documents after our call. However, nearly a month has passed, and we have yet to receive any documents or responses to our emails. I can't help but feel that, perhaps due to the relatively small scale of our case, my daughter and I are being overlooked. The level of attention and responsiveness we experienced at the beginning of the case seems to have diminished. Despite multiple emails, there has been no response, leaving me increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication. Shirley Scott
