This young lady was caring and concerned about my case. The firm itself is very good to work with throughout what you are going through. I apperiate all the time an compassionate she had with me this morning. I am grateful that she was understanding and not rushing me off the phone. She talk to me as a person, not at me. It was not all about how much money we can get what money. The conversation was about getting me back on track what needed to be done to move forward with my life. I'm very appreciative again and thank you.
