Run do not walk tf away from these people. They scam so bad by taking more than half the settlement. My minor had an accident with someone in and they had no insurance so this company used my UMI, keep in mind, she's a minor and my UMI had a limit of 30k per person. These ignorant ppl settled a case for 17k to over 11k and we walked away with 6k. Yawl please listen and don't use them. Go to MacArthur Law Firm they are much better.

I had an amazing experience with everyone involved on my case load. They were easily accessible, knowledgeable, and swift to address any of my questions or concerns throughout the entire process. It was so easy and stress free. My attorney, Rob, was fantastic! Very nice, personable, and seemed to truly care about my case. Though I hope I never need to use their services again, they would certainly be my first pick if I needed another personal injury attorney!!

This was the worst experience ever dealing with Witherite Law Group! Amy lies on the Radio Station 103.3 here in Atlanta consistently about how she talks & visits her clients and she gets results but I didn't get treated that way! I never talked with her not one time and every time I requested to speak Amy on several occasions always get other representatives of hers! The Law Group appointed Attorney William Pate to my case and from the start he definitely didn't fight at all to get me top dollar! I was hit from the back in a commercial vehicle by an illegal person that couldn't speak English whom worked for a Construction Company called Batson Cook! They texted and told me that they would start opening bids of my case for $500,000 but only to end up settling for not even a quarter of that! My case went on for almost 2 years of Chiropractic appointments, Doctors appointments, and etc then William Pate told me the highest I can get was $28,000 with me receiving $12,000 after everything was paid off but I only ended up receiving $10,000 instead ahead of the back injury from being struck from the back in a commercial vehicle! Attorney William Pate was very rude towards me with his attitude, wouldn't answer nor return my calls, and he even tried to give my case to another Law Firm after I told him no then he started treating my case like a non priority along with other Colleges from the Witherite Law Group! I felt all the time like my case was nothing to the Law Group and they showed me as every day went by because $10,000 wasn't anything compared to the injury to my back that I have to deal with moving forward! I wouldn't recommend anyone to this Law Group at all because of the lack of Professionalism from Attorney William Pate, Amy Witherite, and other Colleges from this Law Group!

My experience with the team at Witherite law group was nothing short of outstanding. They handle our case with the utmost professionalism and care. My experience has been hit or miss. So I was told I could no longer go to the back doctor because of money, that I would need to consult lawyer 😒 well my neck and back still hurts and I haven't been in months so we're is my money so I can take other measures on my own?
