Elite Law does an awesome job with their closing process from A-Z. JJ and his team go above and beyond! I don't know how Kadija keeps track of everything and with a smile! Cannot say enough great things about Elite Law and JJ and his team specifically!

Overall, the experience should have been better. The closing attorney's coordination with the HOA was confusing and extra questions were asked that weren't necessary based on the disclosures. The seller had to coordinate directly with the HOA to avoid extra charges that were not needed. In addition, when the seller asked questions to the closing attorney about settlement statement charges, the responses were slow, curt, and simply "these are our charges for our level of service" which are noticeably more than comparable providers. The closing attorney's support team did a good job but the interaction with the attorney himself could have been better. Finally, when the seller asked about a title charge related to Closing Costs (which, based on the clearly negotiated contract said all Closing Costs are the responsibility of the buyer), the attorney said the charge was for the benefit of the seller which is not true since the seller no longer had title interest in the property. Overall, we would not recommend this practice. Even at the closing table, seller was asking questions without receiving clear answers, all of which made them concerned about the overall transaction.
