My experience with Kim Law was great. Every time I called, Kim Law was able to answer every question I had. They explained every single process in detail. From questions about property damage, treatment and the most important part, my medical bills. Kim Law explained in detail how my bills were going to be handled and showed me that ALL of my medical bills were going to be taken care of. I really appreciated that about Kim Law. Being that was in pain from my accident, Kim Law made it a pain free process. My experience was awesome. It was as simple as can be. Kim Law made everything easy to understand. I was hurt in an car accident in May of this year. Some lady side swipped the car I was in and she wasn't even the owner of the truck. I hired Kim Law to represent me and they made sure that the lady's iinsurance company paid for my injuries. I didn't have to worry about anything bc Kim Law had my back. We had an appointment to close our house at 4:00pm. It is now 4:40pm, and everyone's waiting on the closing attorney. Very unprofessional, no sincere apology. --Update-- Met up with the closing attorney again, as there was some paperwork that hadn't been signed. Thankfully, she drove out to meet me. After signing the paperwork, she offered a sincere apology for being late as it was outside her control (she was waiting on the lender to send paperwork to her). Anyway, I'm just glad this ordeal is over with, I received a sincere apology, and I didn't have to make a treck to sign paperwork. Bumping up from one star to three.
