I was involved in a car accident with my daughter and did my research upon selecting a personal injury attorney. I contacted many injury lawyers in Atlanta and was blown away by the initial consult I received from Simon. He gave me a ton of FREE tips and advice of what he would do in my situation and was not salesy at all. For the level of service he was providing me then before even becoming a client, I imagined it would likely be 10X that if I signed on (which I did). My first call with Eddie was very warm and reassuring. He asked me countless times if I was ok and kept repeating how I should focus on healing from my injury first more than anything else as that was the most important thing. Any calls throughout the process went the same way. The first thing I was always asked was, "How are you feeling?" It was nice to work with an injury attorney who showed so much compassion and care. There was never an instance that I felt like Eddie or his team rushed me to finish my treatments so they could move forward with the case. Mine and my daughter's health and recovery were the NUMBER ONE priority to them above anything else. Additionally, when I first started receiving treatments, I was recommended a few places in my area. Unfortunately, one of them didn't work out well for me, so I asked about switching and this was handled by Eddie's team with no problem whatsoever. At the end of the day, their primary goal remained of ensuring I was 150% satisfied with the treatments I was receiving and on my way to recovering at MY pace. That being said, I eventually made a full recovery and feel like I did once again before the accident. For anyone else searching for a car accident lawyer in the Atlanta area, I highly recommend Eddie and his phenomenal team! Recently had an accident against an All state insured driver and thank god I was told about Kim Law. All state is the worst to deal with. They made sure to check on me periodically and I could call to have someone call me back regarding my injury accident claim. They are very good at keeping you informed throughout the process and answering their phone. I felt as though if I needed anything regarding the injury claim, they would always have an answer. And they are fine with anything you don’t feel comfortable proceeding with if you say so. I was able to get my settlement recently and couldn’t be happier with the agreed amount.

This group was amazing in supporting me during a time when it was needed. The team fought for me to receive every penny deserved. They even forced my insurance to take action when it looked like they would ignore their responsibilities to cover medical costs after the accident. I am grateful for the help received and appreciative of everyone involved that helped resolved this matter.
