I have used Carr & Weatherby numerous times over the past 6-7 years and they have provided top notch service and results. This is a smaller firm that provides big firm results. Pitts and Alex both go out of their way to investigate and prepare a case for mediation or trial. They are quick to respond to calls and emails. They excel in investigating and handling trucking accidents, slip and fall cases and serious/catastrophic injuries. Pitts and Alex know when to “be nice” when dealing with the other party and when to be “bulldogs”. One other thing I really appreciate is Alex can be very detailed and is accurate when he is valuing a case for settlement.
