If I was given this firm as a public defender worst decision I ever made I wish I would have just decided to represent myself they refuse to answer my phone calls and when they did it would be the lady behind the desk he would only call if I had a court date I explained the facts of the case which word that the guy who was supposedly a witness and someone I have documented issues with and the girl that I got into the situation with was on all types of pills to cure her schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and he refused to even bring it up in court when I tried to call to speak to him and said it's been months that he's had my case and we still have yet to have a conversation he proceeded to attempt to charge you cuss me out and tell me how much he prided himself and returning his clients calls then I didn't speak to him for another 6 months even though I attempted numerous times to call it was only given a call two days before I was supposed to go to court where nothing that I told him was brought up I ended up taking a plea because there was no other option even though I was a completely innocent person in this situation and it cost me about 800 bucks I wish I would have spent that money towards a better lawyer worst law firm I ever been associated with and I'll understand how my personal lawyer still has a certification spend less time on vacation and more time actually helping your clients instead of working with the DEA so that way you guys can both try to get bonuses

There I was … minding my own business …. When BAM 💥 💥💥💥 a car hit me!!! I didn’t have insurance. I had $200,000 in medical bills alone from the accident - that I would have had to pay …. ANNNNND the other person’s insurance company wasn’t going to pay a dime to me…… 🥺😳….. I am so thankful I called the McPhillip Firm.
