I went through two phone interviews about my case and was told they would take my case, so I did not return phone calls from other law firms. I was sent emails about medical records release and contract agreements. I just received an email that said they declined representation. I'm confused on what happened.

I slipped and fell a week ago at an Emergency Room and fractured my tailbone. The floor was wet but there was no sign posted saying it was wet. I called and talked to Rachelle Williams to see if I had a case. She was very friendly and took all my information and told me she would have to forward my information for review. The next day she called for more information that they were proceeding with my case. The day after that I was appointed a lawyer, Shaun Capps. That was fast service and I really appreciate how fast they got things done. As of now Shaun is working on my case and I have confidence in him that he will get me a nice settlement.
