Hi my name is Carlos Mathis. I’m a client with this firm. I’m a bit irritated because of issues regarding my case. It’s been well over a year for a simple fender bender accident. I got a new lawyer without anyone informing me. They lost my paperwork. My lawyer and sometime his assistant refuse to answer the phone for me and it forces me to leave a voicemail. After leaving a voice mail, it still takes weeks and some times even a month for some to finally call back. There’s so many issues I have with this firm and I just want to get my money so we can finalize my case and move on. Pls contact me or have someone contact me.
