The staff calls were calm and left decisions up to me. Our conversation was very informative, detailed and concise without being abrasive. The staff asked questions, encouraged me to give details, didn’t cut me off and made me feel that I was important. Courteous explanation process and documents was done extremely well. I am ready for the next step!

Did not fight like they claim. This guy here was rude. When I left he clapped and said DON'T come back. I do not recommend this team. I'm upset with myself for choosing them. But its done its over and its a lesson learned.

Today I received a call from the team. They apologized to me for the treatment I received. My day has been rough however the call did help them as well as myself. God has a way of getting us through every situation in unexpected ways. That was awesome for a business to call me, asked me what happened. Thanks team.

This office was by far the best when it comes communication. Mayra Cisneros always stayed on top of everything and never failed to communicate every detail with me about my case. Jay Banks was very helpful at the beginning of the case, walking me through everything and explaining all the details I had questions on. They are an amazing group and I totally recommend this law firm to anyone that is involved in a car/truck/commercial accident. They will get you right 🤑🤑🤑
