I presented Ryan Locke with a slam dunk case, which he agreed. A renter client extensively damaged my property & cancelled a rent payment money order from the USPS which I had the proof. Ryan promised to have a USPS person to testify & then changed to have a legal affidavit. He did neither & we lost the momentum of easily proving her untruthfulness. Since Ryan said he had been in contact with USPS I find this omission total incompetence. He was well aware the client chronically made outrageous misstatements from an in office deposition she had made to him & also a previous court hearing. Yet in court sat passively, & did nothing to keep the client on subject & allowed her to make all kinds of wandering off subject statements. I had presented Ryan many color photos digital files of the extensive damages. He made grainy black & white copies that were effectively useless as evidence. She abandoned 14 cats, which she even agreed she did. The odor of these cats was overpowering. He did not present the damage repair receipts. He was very reluctant to return my phone calls over the course of the case prep. The case was dismissed for all the above failures to execute a proper case presentation & a previous court hearing. she had made to him. I gave Ryan the contact info of the neighbor next door who could have easily testified as to the facts of this renter & failed to secure this important witness. My wife and I had researched several entertainment lawyers in the Atlanta area before we hired Attorney John Seay to represent my son and his entertainment group.
