Based on my experience with Mr. Jerome I that he lacks adequate level of professionalism and does not value his clients. After calling his office he scheduled a phone call with me for a later time that day but never called. I reached out to him again several times, left messages and sent him an email all went answered. I managed to get in touch with him again after days and he scheduled a meeting at his office with me. Upon arriving, his secretary informed us that he was not in the office and that he is always a no show for his meetings so we left. Mr. Jerome did not bother to call me that day to offer any apologies or to reschedule. I called him the next day and settled for a phone conference. After three phone conference he told me that he'd represent me and he'd send a contract for me to sign right away once he was back from court. I didn't receive the contract that day. I sent him an email as reminder when I didn't receive any email from him. Understanding that things happen I called back 2 days later, left messages and even sent him an email asking him to send me the contract that was to no avail. I wrote him an email asking for him to let me know if he was still interested in taking my case. Still to this day no reply from him and that was a month and days ago!

Attorney Jerome is a good lawyer. He helped me with my accident case. The first lawyer I had told me the insurance was not going to pay and I should drop the case. Jerome took my case and file a lawsuit. He got me $18,000. He took less money and he talked to my doctor to lower their fee so I could get more money. Very good attorney. Thank you.
