Muy buena atención, muy cercanos

My experience with the Fry Goehring Law Firm was one of disappointment, frustration, and unprofessionalism. I came to them about my case in December 2021 - the initial conversation was encouraging and I felt confident in choosing them to represent me. After submitting the required paperwork to begin the process, I heard nothing for several days, so I had to follow up to confirm when I would hear from my assigned case manager. Over the next several months, I received very infrequent updates on the status of the case, and it was usually only because I texted or called them. The timelines that were given regarding negotiations and when they would contact me were always inaccurate, and they consistently had incorrect information pertaining to the case. When they finally scheduled a client disbursement meeting almost 2 years later (which I had to request), they presented me a disbursement breakdown that was off by thousands of dollars, a mistake that was only caught because I came prepared. Once they came back with the corrected breakdown and a new check, I saw one final error regarding payment of my ER bill. I informed them that my insurance would have covered it, to which they asked if my insurance was full coverage (something they should have known considering I sent them my insurance information back in December 2021), and then they said they weren’t sure if they had put a lien on the bill (something that would have been unnecessary since I had full coverage medical insurance at the time, which they had proof of). The firm manager assured me that he would work with the third party company where the bill had been sent, and get the check to me within a few days. I never heard back from him, and when I called for an update (something I was beyond accustomed to doing at this point), I found out that he was no longer with the firm. I have tried to reach someone from the firm for a month now to get this final piece settled and have not heard back. If I could do it all over again I would not use this law firm, and would certainly never recommend them.
