I was very pleased in how Mr. Spevak handled my WC case. Whenever there was issues with the insurer, and there was quite a few, Mr. Spevak never missed a beat whenever I reached out to him by email or call, to let him know what the issue was he didn't hesitate to press the WC insurer to get medical treatment approved, or made sure, if benefits were due or late, what was owed was made right. Very knowledgeable in the area of Workers' Comp claims. There was times that I reached out to Mr. Spevak on a Saturday or Sunday's, while I never expected a response until the next business day, Mr. Spevak still took time out of his time off and responded or addressed my concerns. While it's my hope and wish that I never suffer another injury be it work related or personal, but heaven bid should that happen I wouldn't hesitate to call Mr. Spevak. No one hopes to find themselves dealing with a situation involving worker’s compensation but, if you do, you can find no better lawyer than Mr. Spevak to guide you through the process. I say guide because he was with me every step of the way. I reached out to him after having my request for surgery denied and he spent nearly 2 hours with me and my wife going through what happened and how we arrived at that point. I never had to speak with a paralegal or an assistant, he handled everything first-hand throughout the whole process. I appreciated the fact that his webpage had several informative videos on it and I wanted to work with a real attorney and not some personality on a billboard. He was always quick to respond to any question or concern that I had and kept me informed throughout the whole process on what to expect. His expertise was comforting in a situation where I was feeling out of my depth.
