I got caught speeding 89 mph in a 65. This carries points and a super speeder violation. I spoke to Kevin Fisher and hired him to help me. He was able to work out a great deal with the prosecutor and I never had to appear in court. I did not get any points on my license and the super speeder violation was removed. I could not be happier with this result. A job well done. I would hire Kevin without hesitation if ever needed again.

D U I. Three letters I never wanted to see. I was in a small accident and then was arrested for DUI and Failing to Maintain my Lane. Scared, unsure, anxious, I did not know what to do. I contacted Mr., Kevin Fisher after receiving a citation for speeding (102 MPH in a 65 MPH) and a citation for reckless driving. Potentially I would receive ten points on my license however, Kevin was able to speak with the prosecutor. The prosecutor was not willing to amend the speeding ticket nor allow a no contests plea. Kevin argued on my behalf with the judge and was able to get the judge to amend the reckless driving to a no point offense and a no contest plea on the speeding ticket. Ten points reduce to zero points. A very good outcome.
