I had Mathew R. and he was very professional. The entire team was professional matter of fact! Communications between us was perfect. Anytime I called the phone was answered and if not via email worked just as fast if not better. I got back a wonderful amount and I would referre them to anyone. Thanks Matthew and the team.

Ms. Leny Santos is the best. She is patient and kind. I know my mom and I worked her last nerve(sorry) with all the calling. She stayed the same through out our case. Always the same friendly attitude with us wherever we called. I honestly recommend her and the Nugent law firm to handle any case.

Good morning!😁 Right out the gate this team of attorneys William G. Hamill and Brad Valentine (The Mob Boss) lol!😁 inside joke, and their assistants Laurel Green and Jamie are fantastic!😁 Besides their soothing voices with a hint of youthful innocence & tenacity, these 2 ladies called me daily 2 check on me to see how i was feeling, they also ask if it was anything they could do to assist me further or make my pain more bearable. My case is unique in that it has 2 insurance companies on one car, they were unrelenting in their quest to make sure that all the i's were dotted & t's were crossed!😁They are very knowledgeable with good follow up skills, even calling after hours. And "maan"when we did the recorded statements over the phone it was like listening to Perry Mason handle business for u.LOL😁 The other party saw real quick that their was no room for shenanigans. The Attorneys were fantastic, asking direct questions, only what is related to the case. Not a lot of unnecessary questions not related. I'm glad 2 see that Ken Nugent's firm is exactly like u see on tv. I really appreciate that, being in the service industry myself. I would definitely recommend his firm, I'm all in!!!😁😁😁

Do not work with them. I’m from Georgia I’m not sure if they are in other states but I assure you. You do not want to work with them they are slow to respond your calls,they will not keep in contact with you. You are better off with some one else.

I was working with Craig Silverman waiting on my settlement when I ran into personal emergency . Craig went above the call of duty to assist me. The awesome thing about it is he was off from work at the time. He still took time to find the resources I needed to help me. One call that's all. Thanks again Craig Silverman .
