Horrendously reckless reporting on your blog. You posted about an accident with accurate time, date and location but the details are completely false. This is completely irresponsible.

Jim is the best. He handled my difficult situation with professionalism and patience. He always responded to my questions and/or concerns promptly (within 24 hours).
