Dear Mr. Nugent. Lori Johnson is a star in your organization. Johannes resigned in the middle of my case, and I had to work hard to get Joan a lot of information after nine months of already giving much of it to Johannes. Joan was great to work with. Things really happened once Lori Johnson was involved. Months later, Amber was involved as well. It was a tricky case with the Medicare component and I got the information Russell requested from Doctors, and Lori really did much of the leg work with me. These ladies were outstanding. My body is hurt the rest of my life, but we won our case. I could easily be on a commercial for you. I am still in the middle of my courtroom conflict, but Russell Hippe has moved mountains to bring us this far forward; and now improvement in my situation is guaranteed regardless of the final verdict.
