My experience with this Ken Nugent law firm was remarkable, the care and attention to detail making sure my family and I were at they're top priority. I had the honor of working with akibah Khan she stayed on to of everything that may have came up and guide me through the process from start to finish. Akibah took the time to listen to what me and my family needed and concerns involving our case, we couldn't have been blessed with a better attorney and team thank you so much for the work y'all put in on both our cases and will definitely refer and use Akibah Khan and Ken Nugent law firm in the future.

My son auto accident was in October 2018 and we are still waiting!!! Atty John Ruff called only once (in July 2019) and was very discouraging. Haven't heard from him since. He said the other insurance company is a difficult one, and that is the reason why it is taking them almost a whole year. Never would I recommend nor reuse this law office again. They just don't seem to care. Can we be assigned another atty. Please?

If everyone is not working, don't wait thinking about it, go find them like they came to find you when you called them. If you are going to wait, then you must believe in things taking time. They are the worst I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them. They don’t care about your injuries, concerns etc. it is hard to get in touch with someone and when you do they have the worst attitude. Please don’t use them.
