Michael was nice the 2 time so spoke with him. It’s hard getting in touch w/ the attorney & the others on your case, and they weren’t able to get me much in a settlement but they tried & were very nice! :)

If I could give the service of this firm a zero I would. They are real quick with calling and getting you signed up for representation of their firm but fail to follow thru after that. I should not as a client have to do the work of a firm who is asking for 40% of a settlement. They assigned me John and Amber from their Macon office who never follow thru. After trying to get in touch with them for 3 weeks I finally decided to go with a completely different firm. After getting with the new firm I finally got a call from Amber telling me she finally got my message to return my call. Really???? I told her that I secured the services of another firm. One call thats all! Nah!!! No call that's all!!!

Very easy to work with. Everyone was so polite and friendly. Cindy, Ari and the new guy (his name escapes me) were awesome. They made an unfortunate situation easy to manage and worked hard to get us fairly compensated.

I have been made up to date with what has been going on with my case. My case was different than most since it involved a commercial vehicle. I would recommend this firm to help you but having the insurance coverage and company information validation done early will certainly help. I would like to say that any delay in our case wasn’t the fault of the law firm. If you get assigned a good attorney and liaison for your case and keep accurate records you will have a great experience. I am just going to say that you are better off having a attorney and representation for an injury accident than doing all of these issues yourself. My only concern was the miscommunication and delay in confirming both parties had provided valid information at the time of the accident. This has not been the failure or fault of the attorney I was represented by and mainly reflects the confusion of keeping track of multiple business vehicles on one insurance plan or many fleet plans under one company but many policies in a commercial environment. I would like to say that having the attorney has greatly reduced my burden of getting the right care and getting the treatment I needed. Please be safe out on the roads and get help if you are injured by a big truck or semi truck. I am looking forward to seeing the results of my case.

I was rear-ended and the other driver had an insurance lapse. I found out by calling their insurance company, I did follow-ups to get my car fixed. Everything was supposed to go through my attorney which didn't happen. I ended up firing the Ken Nugents attorney, you'll never speak with him directly. I hired a local attorney to sue the other driver for damages and filed a claim with my insurance company for un-insured motorists. Ken Nugents office wanted 40% for doing nothing and then stated they'll be generous and give a reduced fee of 33 1/3%. You will never see the payout of the insurance check, they will send what they want to you. Make sure you follow-up and double check all their work.

It's going on a month, our car has not had an adjuster come to look at it. Our car is still sitting in our driveway with all accident damages. My husband can not get back and forth to work unless we lyft or uber. OR INCONVENIENCE SOMEONE ELSE for a ride. Ken Nugent attorney's tell you they have it under control. However, I have seen people is accidents before and their cars get fixed right away. The other person insurance was at fault. I don't understand why people don't take someone's life and being as a serious issue. People start to get behind in bills. They start to get behind at work. They start to get behind in LIFE. CALL KEN NUGENT, they said. They'll help you...! The attorney says they're waiting to hear from other insurance adjuster, but how come we were given number to other's adjuster and they answer right away. What do we do from here when you are going to start losing everything you've worked so hard for? I know we may be one of thousands of people, but we need help. And we are at a stand still with Ken Nugent right now. No updates, nothing. This is disheartening really! I have read reviews on Ken Nugent, and see all the 5 stars ratings... but I don't understand where they're coming from... because we have had no good responses thus far!
