Good damn lawyer

The Hornsby Law Group recently handled a legal matter for me. My Attorney was exceptional and I was extremely pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to hire them again or refer a friend.

I was a client at Morgan and Morgan and i fired them because they slipped up and told me they had no experience with Concussion cases and was not giving me the attention and updates i needed. I contacted Hornsby Law Group literally in tears and in so much pain the receptionist was so compassionate, she connected me to an Attorney named John right away. I was immediately scheduled a meeting to come in and I met my attorney Chloe Dallaire. Most offices will send you a investigator and you don't get to talk to your attorney right away. Chloe is such a nice person, very caring and assured me that i was in good hands. I wanted to call her Attorney Dallaire and she said "no call me Chloe", she is so down to earth, she is not stiff like most attorneys. She already knew exactly what to do because she has a lot of experience especially since she once represented the other side, the insurance companies, which was a plus. I was constantly given updates on my case and was brought up to speed on everything that was going on every step of the way. Her assistant Stephanie is truly amazing, gives encouragement, always smiling and such a kind heart. This lady is on top of her game, she gets things done! I call Stephanie and Chloe "The Dream Team" They are rock stars in my eyes. They will make sure things workout in your favor! They were a blessing in my life! Definitely hire them today. Ted Porter and Hornsby Law Group was so helpful in settling my case for my auto accident. I would highly recommend using this firm if you are looking for someone to take care of your auto accident settlement. I always thought that I would have to be done with all treatments and have all my medical records and bills ready before contacting a law firm for my settlement, but the only thing I had to do was send an email asking for help and Hornsby took care of the rest.They took away all of the stress of handling a settlement, so I only wish I had contacted them sooner! If it weren't for Hornsby Law Group, I wouldn't be able to purchase my first home. Thanks Hornsby!

I suffered a near death experience resulting from liposuction performed by a local African American female Dermatologist who practices doing cosmetic surgery and everything other than dermatology. I was hospitalized for 33 days with aspiration pneumonia, sepsis, cellulitis and severe anemia requiring four blood transfusions; resulting in 3 emergency surgeries to save my life. It was a gruesome ordeal I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Even though there were several identified areas of malpractice identified, I couldn't get ONE attorney to take my case. You see, proving malpractice in cosmetic surgery is extremely hard and costly and most average attorney's are not willing to take a chance on it, so I my case was declined by several of the big name attorneys we all see on TV. I was rejected time and time again, almost to the point of giving up. Nothing short of God's grace led me to Hornby Law Group, where the owner, Brandon Hornsby personally took time to speak with me repeatedly throughout my case and assigned me into the trusting hands of my ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS attorney Chloe Dallaire who held my hand and guided me every step of the way. Don't let her petite stature fool you...Chloe is a shark. She went after this case from angles I didn't even see. She left nothing uncovered and in the end, she netted me more money than I could have imagined. She got my case settled a whole lot quicker than I thought possible and interacted with me so often I honestly feel a deep connection to her like she is a part of my family. With the firm’s help, it is my sincere hope that this doctor doesn't get the opportunity to endanger anyone else's life. The Hornsby Law group was there for me in my time of need and made it so that I never have to work another day in my life should I choose not to. I couldn't have asked for more.

I HIGHLY do not recommend this BS law firm. They pick and choose their cases and will give you the run arounds. I was told some legal BS for 2 years. This is thier favorite line; "our case load is full" or some more LIES. Who ever reading this please find another LAW FIRM that will truly sincere, and fight for YOU.
