Nothing but excellence I first saw Mrs Chole Dallaire interviewing on a TV news program about a medical malpractice case, she was representing a client and speaking out against the horrific practices of a surgeon that botched several ladies. Because I too had a botched surgery, I reached out to her to see if she could help me as well. That was the best decision I could have made. Within just a few minutes of my initial conversation with Ms Chloe Dallaire, she had me to send her pictures of the damage that was done to me. She immediately viewed my photos and then put me in contact with a board certified doctor to get care for my wounds. After making sure I was properly seen by the doctor and my wounds were attended to, Chloe then set up an appointment for her and I to discuss pursuing the doctor that botched me. One of the things that made me feel good about Chole is that she was more concerned about making sure that I received medical attention...first. Chloe, Stephonie & her team handled me with care and warmth yet keeping everything about my case professional. Every phone call was returned. Every text message answered! The communication was outstanding! Being able to speak directly with Chloe or Stephonie when I needed to was definitely reassuring. I even once had a whole emotional meltdown on the phone and Chloe took the time and let me vent...that’s just how awesome she is. I was represented by Ted Porter, on behalf of the Hornsby Law Group over the past few years. I was involved in a collision with a drunk driver, and this law group handled my case as if I was one of their own. Through the entire recovery process, they remained both patient and diligent. They would consistently provide updates, and ask for updates about my health. I am a full-time college student, so there would be times when I would prolong steps to the process due to involvement with my campus. However, they followed all procedures as I desired, and would make sure to get in contact with me before any decisions were made. They were easily accessible, and if there ever was a reason I could not contact Ted directly, he would make it known who I could contact. I can’t say enough good things about Attorney Chloe Dallaire. I wasn’t going to file a case because I didn’t want to go through the emotional distress that came along with the claim, and only decided to see Chloe after someone convinced me to at least find out what the entire process is, then make a decision if I want to proceed.
