The Hornsby Law Group represented me when I was the victim of a motor accident. They took me from being stuck with denied insurance claims and large medical bills to a hefty insurance payout and drastically reduced medical bills. John Huber, the attorney I worked with, was highly professional, helpful and made what could have been a messy process, into very pleasant one. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for personal injury representation.

My family and I were involved in a reared collision with an uninsured driver a couple years back. The accident injured my lower back, and my wife suffered a more significant injury that I would not like to discuss, and my son was also in the vehicle. I ended up being out of work for about a month and a half, my wife ended being out a total of 5 weeks and my son sustained minor injuries. There was a lot of time being out of work and a lot of money being spent for physical therapy and injections. It wasnt working in our favor. When we contacted Hornsby Law Group about what had happened, they were not concerned about how much they could get in there pockets, they were more concered with how we were feeling and what they could do to help us get through our hard time. Ted and Rachel, his assistant, were so in depth with us. They told us everything they were being told, but on a simpler level, and had no problem doing so. They broke everything down so we could understand it better and they were very prompt. That was what I like the most about them. It was, HANDS DOWN, the best experience with an attorney we have ever had. I will definatly be using Hornsby again and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.

I went to Chloe after going through two attorneys. She was explain the process in detail of what I was up against. She was easy to contact and kept me in the loop of every decision that was made prior to doing so. It seems like alot, however you want to know whats going on. She came to visit me while I was in the hospital and her communication was great . I was in a fire accident and my legs was burned, it impacted my life and still ongoing. But Chloe worked her best to get me as much income as possible even when the other attorneys said that my injury’s looked ok, she knew that I was mentally still hurt by the accident and fought that point to them . I had the one of the worst customer service experiences. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to find out if this law firm lives up to it's 5 star rating! The operator who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional, argumentative, would not provide her name and HUNG UP ON ME! As she was attempting to get my information for a call back I was trying to tell her the phone sounded garbled, because she couldn't understand me for over-talking me she merely repeated what she was previously trying to communicate. However, she prefaced it with " I SAID"... I then told her I wasn't able to understand her duee to the phone. She says "it must be your phone, now whtat is your name"? I asked for hers, she refused. I said that was rude and she tells me I'm being rude and she doesn't have to give me her name. I said I'm a potential future client and this is the service you provide. She hung up! Moral of the story "Great Service begins with Great Customer Service"!
