I have used Attorney Mckinnon for different legal cases and her level of professionalism is nothing but exceptional! Her knowledge and experience was exactly what my case needed! She communicated often throughout the case and although she had other cases along with mine, I could never tell! She wasn't only concerned about my case but also how my life would be affected even after.

My wife and I work hard for a living and work with a lot of honest, hard working people. In our legal matter, the aforementioned attorney did not prove to be honest or hardworking. There we many times that we tried to reach out to bring our case to a conclusion. We found that she was out of town on many an occasion. Unfortunately, when she is out of town, no one at her office can handle any of our needs, leaving us on several occasions waiting for Adamma to get back into town, for example, to lick a stamp perhaps? Ultimately, we understood that there would be extra expenses. the way that the case went, but there was an excessive amount of extra charges billed to us. There were clerical errors on her end for which I feel we were billed. When we asked for an itemized bill, none was ever provided. We still do not know for what we were billed. An attorney that does not provide an itemized bill is shady. When I reached out to get the itemized bill and perhaps a refund of the difference, neither was addressed. As a matter of fact, there was no correspondence from her end at all. One star is too many in this case. I am more than happy to praise someone when they excel, and I see it everyday. In this case, I can only recommend that this women close down business and find other work.

PCW has a reputation for being aggressive and attentive to clients wants and needs. I did not receive that. I felt as though I did most of the leg work and was completely ignored at times. Andy misinformed me of when to file an appeal. This caused me to lose my option for an appeal. I did not get the representation for the reputation of the firm.

Terrible Terrible experience with this attorney. Save your money and hire one that actually wants to help you! Didn't even make our last appointment. What attorney calls in sick on a scheduled appointment date? She uses fear to get your money.

Andy is well-respected by many other lawyers in his field. From my first consultation with him, it was apparent he was knowledgeable of all the particular issues present in my case. And, he and his staff were prompt and responsive, helpful, and protective of my interests. He is a careful lawyer, too, and by that I mean thoughtful and strategic in his approach on a case. When you seek help from a lawyer, you want someone to exercise their legal skill, not just parrot what you think. Andy does that well. I much appreciated his help in working the best resolution for me and my family.
