I would like the world to Know What a great experience I had with This law Office. I was recommended by a friend to call Alyssa. I live over a hundred miles from her office, So we have communicated over the phone. I had a tax problem that she has helped me resolve. The main reason I want the world to know about her office is because from the first time I ever called her she made me feel that she really cared about my problem. She has always either answered my calls or returned them in a timely manner. Alyssa made me feel very confident in her Legal Knowledge. After contacting multiple attorneys and failed to get satisfactory response from each of them I fortunately was referred to Alyssa by a closing attorney. Alyssa received my call and talked to me 42 minutes to listen to my problem. I was amazed the way she responded. She took my case very seriously with passion. She didn't give me any false promise to solve the issue. But she showed her determination to solve and she vowed to put her full effort to get the issue resolved. In less than a month Alyssa got my issue with IRS resolved. She proved me correct and I was able to get my lien removed from my property with fraction of the amount I was falsely owed. Alyssa is not only professionally excellent she is an extremely good human. Her modesty, behavior, attitude deserve to be saluted. I can't thank her enough for her service. I came to Alyssa to help settle an IRS debit that my ex husband owed. He filed bankruptcy and the IRS was coming after me for the rather large sum that he took responsibility in the divorce. The IRS was threatening to put liens on my properties. Alyssa did a great job getting this settled within 7 months and that was even at the time that the IRS had shut down. I am so thankful for her assistance and knowledge and getting everything filed quickly and correctly. The IRS accepted my Offer in Compromise and we settled for less than 10% of what was owed. I have tax problems that I didn’t know how to approach . I’ve read the IRS website from top to bottom . I still didn’t see a solution . I knew I needed help , so I went from lawyer to lawyer . They know when you are desperate. I never found a good fit though . Finally I came across Alyssa . I gave her a try , and wow ! I was hopeless and didn’t know what to expect from yet another lawyer . I was so surprised because I had seen so many different lawyers , and each seemed to tell me something different . Alyssa was extremely good ! Alyssa is fantastic! I can't say enough positive things about my experience with her! She truly cares about her clients' position and advocates for them. I was facing about $1.5MM of tax liability from a now dissolved business I jointly owned with my ex-husband. I sought Mrs. Whatley’s council for a tax issue I was involved with. I had received a notice from IRS that I had owed an excess of 6 figures. As a local government employee, you can imagine the shock that number was met with. I was horrified and felt helpless because I had no idea how this had happened and how they had come to this number. I found Ms. Maloof Whatley online and noted her great reviews. I consulted her on what turned out to be a seemingly minor issue. However, I am not an attorney and felt the issue was grave. After meeting to review the issue, I was immediately relieved. I found this attorney to be very knowledgeable and the great reviews were warranted. Not only was she knowledgeable, she was also honest and actually showed care about my issue. She provided guidance based on what was best for me and not just based on how much I could be billed. In fact I was not charged at all based on my circumstances. I would absolutely recommend this attorney to anyone that has an issue on which she can offer her expertise!
