I was terminated and was out of work for 14 month. The union president fought hard for me to get reinstated after i was not guilty of any violations. I was denied unemployment the entire time i was terminated. After the 14 month investigation i was rehired. I did get my supervisor position back as well as the same pay but i was never offered my 24 years of service back. I am 53 years old with an eccellent track record and i have only 5 years as a new hire. I don't feel i should have to start from the beginning all over again. I honestly did my time ,rain, snow, hail, and sleet. I should be approaching my 30th year now. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
