I was stopped by the police and given 13 citations. Yes, 13! A total of 31 points would be the penalties with up to $20,000 in fees and up to 13 months in jail. I had worked with Kevin before and he continues to be nothing short of a great lawyer. He is always available to talk, answers his own phone and responds timely. Kevin did an amazing job on my case. Most of all of the citations were dismissed. I paid a fine and received some points on my license but not many. He worked well with the prosecutor and knew everyone in the courthouse. He truly worked his magic. Would never hesitate to call Kevin for anything. I know he will always be there for me.

Kevin was referred to me by a trusted friend. Kevin did a superb job in getting my driving violation case resolved through traffic court. During Covid-19 it was important to stay in touch via email and phone. He kept me in the loop and was always available to correspond with me via email or phone call. He worked with the court to get me the very best outcome for my particular situation. I drive a commercial vehicle for a living. I was driving my personal vehicle and had a police officer pull me over for a serious misdemeanor that could affect my ability to make a living as a commercial driver. I strongly believe that the officer had no reason to stop me. However, I contacted Kevin and he worked tirelessly on my case until he got me the best results possible. My charge was amended to a no point violation and would not be reported to the DMV of Georgia. I paid a fine and completed a class and that was it. I also recently called Kevin on another matter and he picked up the phone immediately and was able to walk me through my questions. He is a good person and really cares about his clients. I would use him again in a heartbeat. No questions.

Not sure where to begin with Mr. Fisher . . . my family contacted him about my DUI arrest. I am under 21 and I was scared and not really sure what to do. We put all of our faith in Kevin. Kevin was able to speak to the prosecutor about my case and made him understand what was happening in my life. He was able to convince him that I have a lot of potential and that this should not define me nor hinder me in the future. Not sure how Kevin did it, but he was able to get my DUI charge changed to a local ordinance violation that will not show up anywhere. And, the charge will be forever sealed and expunged. Kevin always made time for me and my family and was very good about getting back to us about questions on my case. I am grateful for this result and for all Kevin did for me.

My family runs a trucking company, and my father was recently in an accident with his semi-tractor trailer and another vehicle. The accident was not his fault. I know people say that to get out of a ticket, but it truly was not his fault. We found Kevin on the internet. He reviewed the case with us and he then spoke to the prosecutor. He persuaded the prosecutor to agree that my father was not at fault and the case was then dismissed. Amazing!! So happy for my dad as this helps his career and our family business.

I do not know where to begin with how Kevin saved me. Truly saved me. Over a year he worked with me on the strangest of scenarios. I got a DUI while driving in another state with a Georgia license. The state prosecuted me for several DUIs and I was found guilty. This was reported back to Georgia as what is called a Habitual Violator. This really jammed up my ability to drive and make a living. When I reached out to Kevin I was living in a totally different state. Not the state where I was convicted. The Georgia DMV had a condition of an Ignition Interlock requirement. In order to complete this requirement, I had to move back to Georgia, have a Georgia License and purchase a car to put the device on. How was I going to accomplish this requirement when living out of state with no license at all? I certainly I did not want to move back to Georgia, buy a car and relocate back to Georgia. Kevin never never backed down nor did he take “no” for an answer. Apparently, the DMV of Georgia is not the easiest to deal with. However, Kevin was able to get some answers with a few options. Kevin was able to work with an attorney in the state where I was convicted to get my DUIs dismissed and “vacated.” The results were sent back to the Georgia DMV. The DMV then lifted the requirement of the Ignition Interlock device. After almost a year, I am so happy to state I got my license!!! I am still in shock. I could not have done it without Kevin.

Kevin was really helpful and I would recommend him if you are in legal trouble and looking for someone who knows what they are doing.

I was traveling through Georgia on my way to see a friend. I was stopped for a traffic violation and then arrested for having felony drugs in my car. In my state these drugs are legal but in Georgia it is considered a felony. I was in jail, scared and unsure of how I was going to get out. I had no real contacts in Georgia. Kevin and his colleague worked tirelessly and was able to get me out of jail. My case was amended to misdemeanors with a dismissal and discharge of the offense. Truly thankful for all he did. hired Kevin to assist with several cases.  I was dealing with lots of points and possible suspension of my license.  Kevin was able to work his magic and he kept points off my license and my license from being suspended.  He did a great job in responding to me when I had questions and concerns.   He stayed on top of me to make sure I completed all I had to do for my case.  He is persistent, diplomatic with his approach with the prosecutors and very helpful in getting a great outcome.
