I went into a FTA hearing expecting to pay a fine and then have to address the tickets attached to the fta at a later date. I left with all tickets dismissed and a 100 dollar fine. I was expecting over 1000.00 in fines. Fantastic Attorney!!! Best money I ever spent.

Ashley was recommended to me by a very close friend when my son received a speeding ticket. When I called her she provided immediate assistance and followed up as promised with an email outlining the process we would follow. After completing a plea in absentia form Ashley attended court on our behalf and on seeing that the regular prosecutor had been replaced by a substitute filed paperwork to reset the date for the hearing. On the revised date she successfully had the case reduced to "violation of basic rules" resulting in no impact on the driving license and no impact on our insurance. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ashley as a highly competent and professional individual.

Going through this process seemed like a real nightmare but with the help of Ashley's firm it was so much smoother. Ashley is a wonderful attorney who not only knew the process but was able to get information about the case that only a good attorney can find to reduce the charges :) She was also a great moral support . I would absolutely recommend her to any one that ends up in these situations.
