Anthony handled my Trucking Accident matter. Tony represented me and my cousin in a trucking accident. The case was difficult to crack since the insurance company & the trucking company tried to evade liability by heaping the blame on the truck driver of the truck company instead of accepting liability. There was an assumption that the truck driver was driving outside company time and this was the basis the argument by the trucking company and the insurance company in their quest to avoid liability. So the case ended up boiling down to Tony's ability to press for the truth. This meant that I and all the other litigants involved were to appear before the judge for adjudication. The net result is that this pushed the insurance company and truck driver to settle the case outside the court. I am happy for the result. If you need a lawyer with great expertise and ability to navigate this arena of deceit by insurance companies, you should always count on Tony Kalka. He is steadfast, diligent and quite knowledgeable in this field. Count on him!

I spoke with Mr. Kalka (Tony) on a recommendation from a family member after I was in an automobile collision, and within 20 minutes of speaking with him he had me seeing a physical therapist and had scheduled an appointment for me to meet with him personally. He explained to me clearly what my options were, what his goals were, and the position he was going to take with the case. As his team uncovered more information on my case he kept me up-to-date down to specific details, and whenever he wasn't available his assistant was able to answer all of my questions. After a few weeks of physical therapy and a few weeks of work on Tony's part, I was surprised to find out that I would be receiving roughly 6x what my family and I had expected from the start of my case. Tony gave me great advice and stuck with me through the entire ordeal, and it was a relief knowing everything had been taken care of by him and his team. Thanks again, Tony!

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to in this case. I was involved in a car accident (rear ended) involving 4 cars and was suffering from a neck pain as a result. Tony and Bryan guide me each and every step. They were kind, empathetic and offered advises as they answered all my questions made me feel confident that he would get my case settled. My settlement ended up more than what I expected and I would definitely recommend them.

Happening an accident is unfortunate; however, Mr. Kalka will help you go through the worries. He is very experience with traffic cases.
