I have used this firm three times!! Twice for my trademarks and once for copyright my company documents. They are very helpful, keep you up to date with progress and answered all my questions prior to getting started with the process. Often times, as business owners, we want to find the quick way to do things or the inexpensive way to do things. Creating a foundation for your company and your brand should not be one of them. You want it built right. We often take for granted consulting a professional, an attorney to help us in the start up phase but if you are serious about your dream, you want to do the right thing. Others will also respect your brand more because they see the investment you have made in your business.

I really enjoyed working with The Law Office of Dayna Thomas, and I do plan to return! I would tell anyone who is considering working with this law office, that the overall client experience is wonderful and hassle free. The team is successful at what they do and keep their client promises. The trademark certificate was also mailed with care and love.

He was amazing. 🤗 I put my case on legal match and he responded the same day. I was nervous because my trial was set for 10 the next morning and that was so last minute. He checked his schedule right there on the phone with me and decided to take my case. I was so grateful. 🙏🏾 He was a little late showing up based on the time he said he’d be there but he arrived just in time before the doors closed. Thank god because I was the first to present myself in front of the judge 👩🏽‍⚖️ . The city of Atlanta didn’t show so my case was dismissed immediately. No, he didn’t technically fight, definitely made easy money, he basically got paid to show up. I could’ve won it myself. But had the city of Atlanta showed up I would’ve been ready with the presence of my attorney. I plan to sue, so I’ll see what he can really do in court.
