Stern law is an great firm. I had the pleasure of working with Jessica and she was amazing. Jessica and her team were very responsive and would constantly keep me updated. She was always on time and available for any questions I had. I still receive Important information about changes in immigration and it helps keep my family informed. SternLaw was amazingly efficient and aware of all the pot holes that had lain open in my way for more than seven years. I had hired one legal firm in 2014 and another one in 2016 and spent so much to get it right but it never happened until the time I found SternLaw on google. Two Law Firms Making A Difference For An ICE Detainee What is a testimonial without a real miraculous story to share? So, here's mine. First, I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for Christina Champagne and Jessica Stern, and everyone at Stern Law, who was involved in my release from ICE custody. You guys are the pinch hitters of the immigration law profession. Stern Law is a must for anyone facing deportation, for they are the absolute best at getting your criminal situation untangled from your immigration situation. Here are my reasons. On March 18th of this year, my life was unceremoniously disrupted when ICE came knocking on my door, at 6AM. I was detained and facing deportation for offenses that took place in 2007, for which I received probation. Not knowing what to do, my wife Sasha, reached to her network and found Charles Kuck and Kuck Baxter Immigration. After reviewing my background and case file, Mr. Kuck told Sasha, they suggested that we seek to reopen the criminal case, because there seemed to be issues that might warrant the case being vacated. Sasha took to social media to seek support for me. Through her network Sasha learned about Jessica Stern and her firm, Stern Law. Jessica specializes in having criminal convictions with immigration consequences vacated. Jessica is former public defender and has great relationship with the district attorney's office, which I believe is a major reason for the success in my case. Jessica assigned my case to an awesome attorney, Christina Champagne, who was alert, attentive, and sharp. She was always coming up with a play by play summary for each stage and possible outcomes, always keeping Sasha updated and informed on almost a week to week basis. At the same time Christina and Jessica were constant communication with my attorneys at Kuck Baxter, carefully coordinating and strategically planning for my best outcome. On September 10th, I was taken to the USCIS office in Atlanta, to do complete my biometrics and take the test for U.S. citizenship. The following day Stern Law filed documents to have my criminal case reopen, based on constitutional violations and my merit. Then on October 22nd, a hearing was held on my criminal case which resulted in the charges against me being vacated. Stern Law made sure all the necessary documents to secure my release, were prepared and sent over to the Kuck Baxter team prior to my upcoming immigration hearing. On October 27th, my deportation case was dismissed, I was released from ICE custody. I want to thank the law firms of Stern Law and Kuck Baxter, for their expertise and resources that got me released from ICE's custody. I am free from ICE custody, I am free from criminal conviction, I am free to travel again thanks to my newly acquired citizenship, and I am free of diabetes and high blood pressure. This was definitely a miraculous event. Again, my sincere gratitude to Christina Champagne and Jessica Stern, for helping to redefine the word freedom in my life. God bless you all! I hired Jessica Stern on a recommendation from another attorney and her firm was wonderful to work with. She guided me through each phase of the process and clearly presented my options as we went along. I was faced with a very difficult circumstance because I am a US Citizen and my spouse is Mexican and incarcerated and on order of deportation. Ultimately due to numerous factors working against us, mostly related to COVID, we had to accept Voluntary Departure and I am now in the process of trying to bring him back. Let me say, that this is NOT about the qualification of this firm (haven’t had a chance to experience that), this is about my financial relationship experience with this firm. I was in a search for the lawyer for my immigration case and contacted Jessica Stern Law during my search. After describing situation they suggested to schedule conference call with the lawyer which gonna cost me $1000 and will be credited to my account. I price fished a bit more and suggested price for my case was 5-7k from several lawyers. I was contacted again and again by Stern Law and asked about my decision. For them give me an estimate I’ve submitted some of the documents and one of the employee suggested that for the case like mine it should be around 5k. And I thought oh well, prices are the same everywhere, let me go with Stern Law because they already have some of my papers. So I paid $1000 and scheduled a call with Jessica Stern. It took exactly 1 hour and information she provided was basically the same that I’ve gained through my search and FREE consultations with others attorneys in Atlanta area. In the end of this call she said it will cost me $12000. Okay, well, I’m sorry. I was told it will be 5k, that why I paid 1k from the start. So we’ve decided that we will not be able to pay 12k at front and found another lawyer. I’ve contacted Stern Law afterwards with request of partial refund because we didn’t proceed with their firm but it was refused. So if you have a spare $1000 to pay for 1 hour of work, go for it. Definitely feeling scammed.

We were being referred by one of my friend n contact STERN Law n they were very helpful n cooperative. I called almost 3 time before I schedule my appointment n all time they were very cooperative n when I schedule the appointment they took all the details from us she was with us on line for long time discussing with us n also called us 3 to 4 times to brief us, so that all of us r prepare for the meeting. I felt very convincing.
