In 2017, I received my 2nd DUI conviction (12+ years after the 1st one) in Georgia. The look back period in Georgia is 10 years and fortunately, I was outside of this timeframe. However, that didn’t necessarily mean I was off the hook whatsoever. I can’t express enough gratitude as to how much Christina did for me in order to achieve an exemplary outcome. For starters, I was full of stress and anxiety given the circumstances I put myself in. But, she was extremely patient with me and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. When I did need to reach out to her - I never had to seek her out again or wait a long time to receive an answer. She always made a conscious effort to respond in a timely manner! I can honestly say, she genuinely cared about my well-being. Due to my injury from the car accident and my inability to drive for months – Christina was extremely flexible in arranging conference calls to review new developments about my status with the court system and to jointly discuss viable suggestions to bring to the Prosecutor. Lastly, what impressed me the most is that she also reached out to the Prosecutor’s own Supervisor to explore additional plea options. She never gave up on me. I can’t thank her enough for all the support and effort during that difficult time. She never left me high and dry and she said she’d always be there for me. And she was true to her word!

My son had two traffic violations and one was due to laying and dragging which we did not have any idea about. Christina helped us navigate through the legal proceedings. She advised us to do things prior to the court hearing that would help negotiate with the prosecutor to lower the charges. Finally my son got out from his case with no points and any records. We recommend Christina to anybody who needs this type of legal help.

She attended all of the hearings so I never had to show up in court for any reason. She was able to have the judge continuously lower the consequences and push the date back. In the end I only had to do 24 hours of community service and I still have my license.

The result of my MIP case ended up with me having to donating $400 worth of groceries to a local charity. Considering most of my friends had to be on probation, pay a fine, do community service, etc, I am very happy with the outcome of the case. I would highly recommend to anyone who gets an MIP.
