I would like to respond regarding Kaitlin's review. Mike Rafi's team represented me in a difficult personal injury case for approx. 2 and 1/2 years. Mike returned a phone call to me very early a.m. before most attorneys are even awake which I will never forget. Their team did not miss a beat through Covid, the courts were backlogged, and the insurance companies have been overwhelmed with claims. The cases that are settled for $200,000 or less are hardly worth the unbelievable time and effort this team puts into their cases. Their team simply does not get paid enough for what they do. What people need to understand is that what they believe or want may very well not be realistic in our judicial system. The dedication and professional hard work this team performs is stellar. I appreciate the excellent settlement, the skills and insight to the legal system that Mike Rafi understands to navigate a court case; and, the relationships Mike Rafi develops to assist his clients.
