Omg!!! This is an outstanding law firm. Zachary went over and beyond to help me with everything I needed. He was very thoughtful and kind. He communicated with me throughout the waiting process and kept me informed of any updated on my case. Juliana was very professional and helpful as well. She went over the top. She is a paralegal at The Fry Law Firm and stepped on to help the lawyer Jeff when he wasn't available. Jeff was very pleasant and easy to work with. The receptionist Veronica was very pleasant and very professional when answering the phones and greeted me when I came through the door. The firm also gave me a nice goodie bag when finishing up my paperwork filled with goodies. Thank you all for helping me and being very professional. I truly appreciate it. I expected just a business transaction BUT I didn’t expect to be treated like a real person and not just a file or case. Zack was fantastic and specifically reached out to me and kept me informed. Jeff was especially considerate. They’re customer service went above my expectations. I honestly didn’t expect this type of treatment from a law firm. I’m happy that I was wrong BUT then again, we SHOULD always expect good customer service. I’ve already referred 2 of my friends.
