The worst law firm I ever seen. Totally unprofessional, rude, egoistic behaviour of team, specially the co ordinator jacky lopez. She is the only co ordinator lady working there and c don't hv knowledge of immigration at all. Though c is believing herself, I m something and acting as c is the only one who handles the full firm. C is very very unprofessional and charged me first time 250 and then after asked to pay 700$ directly and that too like behaving very hard like without any request or explaination, c was just ordering and saying to pay. Due to her personal ego and conflicts, c forcefully made her staffs to behave rude with me and due to her persinal egonand all, c never let me to meet my immigration lawyer at all.

Please take the time to read this!! I don’t even think there is the right words to describe this Law firm! Anytime i hear or think of attorneys i instantly think “their communication is horrible and such a nightmare!” I have not even started my husbands case with this lawfirm just yet and guess what? Their COMMUNICATION is beyond amazing! They are tentative, respectful, and actually listen to you without cutting you off or interrupting you! I have called numerous times in 2 days and every single tome someone answers and i get the same communication skills with every person. No matter what time you call they WILL answer and assist you promptly. I also love the fact you will get email notifications and or text notifications of getting a call back and you get it right away! Perla is a new client specialist who assisted me so much! I don’t even need to keep going on and on just know if you need an amazing lawfirm they are your people! I am hoping they can help me with my husbands complicated immigration case because i want to work with them even more now after the last couple days and the experience they have given me so far! Thank you Stern Law for the great staff you have!!

Y ala gran abogada Elizabeth que llevo el caso muy complicado de mi esposo con mucho empeño y dedicación y arduo trabajo con su gran equipo que isieron posible que de tener a mi esposo a mi lado y serrar el caso.con lo mejor eliminar los cargos mas pesados que tenía. Saliendo casi ileso la verdad q no lo podíamos creer como dio la vuelta 180 grados .que Dios la bendiga por que ama su Lo que ase siempre buscando lo mejor para su cliente 🙏🥰

I worked with Jessica and her team for 3 years while my immigration case worked through the system and they were excellent. They were always available and remained focused on my case. They alerted me when something happened within the court. The staff was always polite and friendly. The fees did seem expensive at first but as the case went on I realized they charged fees to cover the entire case as opposed to charging one thing at a time. I am happy to recommend them highly.

My husband needed help on a criminal case and Stern Law was able to give us the best possible outcome. When I first called, they showed that they cared and listened to what I had to say without rushing me off the phone. Christina was our attorney and she was also very caring and explained the process very well. She helped dropped most of the charges and it was a miracle how it happened. I recently made a mistake thinking that our outcome wasn't best from some advise I received from another attorney. But that attorney is who was mistaken. Not Stern Law. Stern Law knows their stuff and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with immigration/criminal cases. I want to apologize to Christina & the firm for passing my frustration along through this process. She did a wonderful job and I appreciate everything she did to help us. Thank you.
