Pete served me excellently. I had a very complex financial situation and challenging spouse and her unnecessarily difficult attorney. My circumstances required considering future issues that could arise under a negotiated agreement and Pete contemplated them in drafting detailed provisions to mitigate potential future issues during the agreement's period. Pete fought for me every step of the way and provided great counsel of when to consider some concessions to avoid more potential litigation costs. Most importantly, Pete was always responsive and if I reached out, I'd have a reply within a few short hours. It was a highly stressful situation that Pete often provided me with great counsel to help me maintain perspectives. I very highly would recommend Pete especially for complex and confrontational situations.
