My experience with this Lawfirm was amazing, they gave me hope when i felt I couldn’t turn to anyone else, they listened and took the steps that was needed to help my case. Dont let that one No be your final decision in your case. Don’t give up on yourself keep pushing for what’s right, this Lawfirm did just that.

Thank you, Ms. Pari Morgan, you took my case from being unimportant to a priority. I was able to have someone fight for my medical care and my future. My first attorney totally dropped the ball. I felt devalued and irrelevant. Ms. Morgan changed all of that by fighting for my benefits and the medical care that I needed to be provided. I wish I had of found her and this firm earlier. I'm just happy that I made the switch when I did. She has kept me in the "loop" and has been there for any concerns. This isn't an easy process, and the insurance companies don't make it easier. I felt like I was sinking, and she threw me a life jacket! She will have your care and best interest at heart. That's what really matters!! I'm very grateful to have had her on my case. When we first began, it was rough. I spent weeks in the dark not knowing anything, not even why my job had canceled my workers comp appointments and it was frustrating that my team of lawyers didn’t know either. I hadn't spoke with my attorney for the first 3 months of retention. The communication was bad between me and this office for the first 3/4 months. Many emails, text and phone calls left ignored and unreturned. I contemplated paying the fees and obtaining a new team. On top of that my attorney at the time. who thankfully is longer with the company, gave me a 3 minute deposition prep 10 minutes before my deposition. I could hear the lack of care and effort in his voice. A good attorney will properly prep their client, in order to obtain the best results for our party. The only advice that was given was to say “I don’t remember” when in doubt. Although it was helpful advice I was unprepared for the questions that were asked and ultimately that plays a very large part in your total compensation. As a lawyer that is negligent and can be seen as malpractice. On another note, immediately after my deposition my lawyer and the company separated and my case began to pick up traction. Ashley who was not a lawyer at that time was my only and reliable source of communication. She began to pick up the pieces and didn’t look back from there, she kept me up to date, checked on me as needed and had a great attitude throughout the time. She’s not only very professional and diligent but also kind and compassionate that’s what’s important in times like these. If my case had ended the way it started, I would give 1 star. If my case had started the way it ended I would give 5 stars.

I had no idea what to do when I got injured at work and ended up in the hospital with Worker's Comp denying to cover the surgery I needed. Thankfully, I was able to count on Wes McDaniel and the Hansford Law Firm to represent me and assist me in being able to cover my medical bills so that I could get the procedures I required. They were great with communication, explaining the process, and they even helped connect me with other services I needed! Wes McDaniel and my paralegal, Ashley, both helped give me a feeling of security when I needed it most and I will be forever grateful to them! While I hope I am never in need of their services again, I will 100% be calling Wes McDaniel!
