Six months ago, Michael Jones accepted my payment for his services. Before he received my payment, he was very responsive. After he received payment, phone calls and emails went unanswered. After receiving a certified letter demanding a refund because he failed to work on my case, Michael C Jones acknowledged that he would provide me a refund along with a copy of a letter he claimed he wrote on my behalf. It is now 2.5 months later & Michael C Jones has not provided my refund or a copy of the letter he claimed he produced.
