After being injured at work hansford McDaniel took my case. It was a very lengthy process but they were with me every step of the way. They made sure to advocate for me and although I didnt get the outcome I was hoping for I really feel like I was in good hands.

I called on a Thursday after seeing the reviews online that are mostly positive. I figured that this firm could help. Cassandra was great with her Customer Service, but after waiting a whole week and calling back to speak to a receptionist and then talking to Cassandra again about never getting a callback she mentioned that the attorney Dialed the wrong number. Where is the follow through? On the callback I initiated, I was given the name and phone number of another attorney. After waiting a few hours and no call back from the second attorney, I called him. I guess this firm has enough business with the easy cases and they don’t want a challenge. Thanks NB for the info!
