I can not say enough good things about the people of this Law Office. I found them through this web site and received a delightful responce to my request for a meeting. They were very accommodating since I was coming in from out of state. At our first meeting, Nathan put my other family member right at ease about the issue we brought to the office. He assured us there would be no problem working out the necessary paperwork that applied. That in itself was the battle won. I was only in town a few days, therefore the documentation needed to be completed right away. Again they were responsive to our needs and called as soon as the paperwork was readied. It was everything we ask for, exactly like we talked about it should be when we left it in their hands. Nathan and his co-workers look young in age. Please do not allow that to discourage you from going to these talented individuals. We didn't and I am greatful to have him as my lawyer.

I used Nathan to update my will and trust documents shortly after moving to Georgia. Making sure that your family is taken care of and thinking through what their lives would look like without you in it is difficult. I had been through the process before, but it was very mechanical and I felt that the documents were fairly standard script and that my input was just to provide family member names. I felt like I had done my duty but was not entirely comfortable. This time was different. Nathan's knowledge and calm, caring manner made the process easy. There was a lot of discussion. Nathan's focus was on my family and what I needed to feel comfortable with the documents we were creating. Throughout the process, Nathan's perspective was that being a trustee is a very important position. When the documents were signed, I felt like I had done something important for myself and the well-being of my family.

Nathan is very concerned about his clients and is knowledgeable about his field. He will always work hard to make sure he has met the individual needs of his clients. He is very intelligent and very compassionate as well. I have recommended him to multiple people.

When I was just beginning the adoption process I didn't know how to get started. Nathan easily guided me through the early stages and supplied me with many resources and 'homework' to begin the journey. He 'held my hand' going above and beyond the call of duty meeting with me on off hours due to my schedule and coming to my home for my first visit with the social worker. Based on my encounters with Nathan, I invited him to do a program at my place of work. He talked about wills, powers of attorney and more. His program was very well recieved. He is very knowledgeable and in addition Nathan listens and has compassion for his clients. I highly recommend him.

In working with Nathan Hartman on two separate legal matters, I have found him to be highly effective. He is a great listener and this helps him understand what I need as a client. He is understanding and thoughful, and strong when I need him to be so as my advocate. He is highly connected in the Atlanta community through his beneficent activities. If I need legal advise in an area outside his expertise, he directs me to who can help me. I will continue to go to him for my legal needs. I recommend him with confidence.

My wife and I used Nathan to create new wills and an associated trust. Nathan was diligent, professional, timely, and generally impressed me with every aspect of his work. I am an attorney myself and tough on my expectations of attorneys who represent me. Nathan exceeds all expectations. Nathan is also a wonderful, caring man who is very committed to community service. For example, he has given years of excellent service to the Child Development Association of Roswell, GA, which helps provide early childhood education to children in need.
