My company hired Patrick's firm on 2 separate occasions, and both times we were blown away by his ability to deliver high-quality legal work in a extremely efficient and responsive manner. In the first transaction, we were selling the assets of a business, and on the second, we were buying another business which was a complicated and quite frankly "sticky" situation. We met again, and he explained all of the details with precision, giving us creative and frank ideas as to how how we just should position ourselves and move forward. He then wrapped it all up and we were able to close a deal with very favorable terms, much more than expected, which not only covered his fees, but left us with more equity in our business interests.
