Not a good experience. Ask lots of questions before you get your hopes up. They might be a better fit for others, just not me and my legal insurance.

Received an following too closely ticket with an accident, citation was dismissed totally no fines points or csa points on my cdl!!!

I originally wrote a positive review about 8 months ago for my attorney at the time, Heather McPhillip. I spoke about how everything was handled correctly and how it was a pleasure having her as my attorney. I was WRONG. I went to court with Heather for a traffic citation. She was able to successful work out a plea that involved paying a fee and taking a DD class. Heather called me to remind me to pay the fee + take the class. So I went ahead and listened to her advice and I did everything that was required of me and I sent her an email with proof like she asked me to do because she wanted to send over the proof to the court solicitor office. Well 4 months later my Driver’s license was suspended. When I found out I reached out to Heather and she told me this has happened to 2 other clients this year. She Blamed the fault on someone named “Tammy” who no longer works in the courthouse. So I believed her when she said someone in the courthouse must have made a clerical error in their input of information. Heather appeared to be so helpful when she told me if I can’t get help to resolve the issue she would come up to the courthouse the next day and help me. I called her 3-4 times to see if she could help me and I left voice messages. Absolutely NO RETURN back after 2 weeks of trying. I ended up hiring a new attorney because my cased was officially closed and my new attorney had to file a motion and are waiting for a hearing date STILL. My new attorney and someone else who works in the courthouse revealed to me the reason why my license was suspended was because I should have NEVER been advised by Heather to pay the fine & do the DD class UNTIL my case had been officially amended. Heather instructed me to pay the fee + do the DD class before the court could amend my ticket which made it my plea go away and resulted in me pleading “Guilty”. I have been without my driver’s license for 5 months and I am still waiting for a hearing date. My job requires reliable transportation and the mistake that she has caused has cost me a lot.

He has gone out of his way several times to help for me to understand everything that is going on. His pricing is reasonable he is down-to-earth and hes just a good human being. He is understanding and very unjudgmental. I would highly recommend him for anything you need. He definitely knows what hes doing hes been doing it for a long time.

Tracy was extremely helpful in resolving my case. He immediately knew what to do and what needed to be done. He made the whole situation really simple for me and resolved it quickly. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Phenomenal Experience I had the most phenomenal experience with Attorney William. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and a master professional. I found myself in a challenging situation whereby I needed to seek counsel, in order to obtain my occupational therapy license. I was in limbo for approximately 6 months, frustrated and overwhelmed when Hahnah Williams was contacted.
