Not only did she prepare our operating agreement in a timely manner, but she provided us with information to insure that we were informed of our rights as joint owners. I Couldn't Have Asked For More... I contacted Tanya for review and completion of a franchise business acquisition. I contacted her via email after learning she was associated to the Georgia Association of Business Brokers and was able to do a phone consultation the next day.
